Our mission is clear: we champion causes that touch the core of humanity – from safeguarding human rights to fostering social justice, from battling climate change to promoting public health and education. Our coalition is a melting pot of passion and expertise, working tirelessly to reshape systems for the better.

Governed democratically, GAC operates as an Advisory Board, crafting policy stances, igniting campaigns, and engaging in high-level diplomacy. Our approach is inclusive, welcoming all who share our vision of a sustainable future. Through co-creation, we harness the collective power of our global network, because together, we’re unstoppable.

Our Journey

It all started with a spark ignited during active campaigns showcased at the UN Conference on Climate Change. What began as a gathering of young leaders affiliated with the YMCA movement swiftly evolved into a structured coalition. We transitioned from ad-hoc initiatives to a formalized group in 2022, drafting strategic positions, making impactful decisions, and nurturing a network of dynamic young leaders.

In 2023 we set out to expand the coalition, effectively becoming inter-generational. In 2024 we have formalized and activated our network, seeking partnerships with other coalitions, businesses and public agencies.
